About Jono
Jono is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Shadow Work coach based in Brighton. His journey began during yoga training in Rishikesh, India in 1998, leading to a BSc in Complementary Health (Ayurveda) from Middlesex University. Men's work has been a constant theme for the last decade, including certified leadership within Band of Brothers and mentoring in the local community. He co-leads national Rites of Passage trainings and believes in the power of presence and purposeful conversation to build lasting connections.
