Sophia co-founded Rising Sons with a clear purpose: to support boys and young men to grow into grounded, capable and compassionate adults.
About Sophia
Sophia lives in St Albans with her partner and two children. She has worked as an employment lawyer and educational fundraiser, and is currently training as a psychotherapist. She is passionate about authentic connection and creating safe spaces for young people to explore their inner world, grow in confidence and believe in themselves. Sophia also facilitates Girls Journeying Together groups for Rites for Girls.
